My favorite dog at the shelter (shhhh! we're not supposed to have favorites). Rocky is the goofiest and the best lap dog in the world. Between his funny noises and wiggly butt, you cannot say no to this face! Trust me, it's hard for me. This little guy is just jam-packed with love and compassion. He's had it rough, you can tell by the knicks and marks on his face. But still, every morning his face shines as bright as the sun screaming "Good morning! I love you so much! I'm ready for a family to call my own!". Everyday Rocky works on his social skills with other dogs, and is making great progress. I personally spend a lot of time with Rocky, if you have any questions about him please contact me.

Oh, Gracie. Just a puppy, and still yet to find a loving home; which is absolutely boggling considering she is lively, adorable, sweet and SO much fun. Gracie would make an excellent family dog with kids to run around and play with all day. Gracie has an interesting story, she came into the shelter with a horrible case of mange but since then she has recovered in so many ways. Her fur is completely grown back, and the mange actually left a unique color pattern on her back. She did get adopted during the Adopt-a-thon (it was a HUGE deal - meaning lots of pictures and tears) but was unfortunately brought back because her family could not afford the landlord's pet fee. It was heart breaking to see her come back, but the shelter is very bright thanks to her pressence. Although everyone at LPCHS loves her so much, the best thing for her is someone(s) that can give her the love and care she needs.
